For items which are in stock there is a minimum order of 1 metre. For items which are not in stock there is a minimum of 15 metres for retail customers. 2. How long does delivery take? Once in stock delivery is by courier and takes normally a day from dispatch. We will advise you when delivery is due and arrange for a day which is convenient. 3. If cloth is printed to order how long does it take? Normally 6-8 weeks. We will quote a delivery date when we confirm the order. 4.How should I clean the cloth? We recommend dry cleaning only. If the cloth becomes creased we suggest steaming it in situ.then cleaving it to dry. The creases will then drop out with the weight of the fabric. 5. Can you match fabric bought years a go if some of it has suffered damage and needs to be replaced? There can be slight batch differences from batch to batch. If an exact match is crucial please provide a sample for us to send to our printers and every effort will be made to ensure as close a match as possible. 6. Will the colours fade? All dyed/printed cloths will fade in time if exposed constantly to sunlight. We recommend using a trim to edge curtains so that the light is deflected and suggest using a sunlight protector lining such as 'Solpfufe' . 7. Can you recommend plain or check cloths and trimmings which will work well with the collection? Yes we can provide samples of cloths which go well with our collections and can also recommend ranges of trimmings. 8 Can you supply curtains ?
