Delivery and charges

Orders to the mainland of the UK are charged at £15.00. This charge is waived for orders over £500.00.
There is a handling and cutting charge of £3.75 per order.

If the package arrives damaged, please write oon the couriers delivery sheet 'package damged'. otherwise you are accepting that the package arrived in good condition and we will be unable to consider a replacement.

We will notify you when a delivery is due and you should normallly expect to receive the goods the following day.

Customers in the EU or in Scotland need to apply for a quotoation for dleivery.

VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on all goods and on delivery. Goods sent to Europe  and the reast of the world will be zero rated for VAT.

The goods shall be delivered to your nominated adddress and it is the customer's responsibility either to be presetn or to make alternative arragnements for the safe receipt and storage of the goods.

Sampling.

Samples are charged at £5.00 for up to 6 small pieces. Large returnable samples can be provided for £30.00. This fee is refundable once the sample has been returned in the same condition as it was sent .

Quality.

The high proportion of natural materials used in our products means there wiol inevitably be small irregularites which aer part of the charcter of the cloth. Shades may vary slightly from batch to batch.

None or the cloths are fire retardant, though they pass the BM test for appropriate use as domestic products.
if required we can quote for a fire retardant treatment and recommend that a fireretardant base cloth is used for upholstery.

Faults.

Allowances are made by our quality control department for any faults within the body of the cloth. In the unlikely event that the customer finds an additional fault then the cloth must be returned for examination. If a fault is established a replacement or refund will be made. Postage will be refunded if proof of postage is supplied.

Cloth must be checked before it is cut or made up if a refund/replacement is to be considered.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in measurements provided by customers.

Payment must be made by cheque or BACs transfer.

Cancellation.

For non stock items, orders can be cancelled and the payment returned within 2 weeks of placement of the order.After this time, the manufacturing process cannot be halted and we will be unable to  accept a cancellation.
For stock items orders will generally be dispatched within 2 days. Returns/cancellations cannot be accepted for cut fabric
